Beef Jerky

I don't think I've ever tried Oberto beef jerky. However, the kind of jerky I like is homemade jerky that takes hours to make with a dehydrator but you can personalize your own seasonings. I've tried deer and turkey jerky before, but I still prefer beef even though I haven't eaten jerky in a long time.

The stuff in the stores sucks. Slim Jims are the worst, it isnt even jerky.

Yes! Someone else who loves deer and turkey jerky. Slim Jims actually do make their own beef jerky--not just the sticks--but it's too dry for my taste. I think that's the problem with most store jerky. I know jerky is suppose to be dehydrated, but it shouldn't taste like spiced plastic.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
