Eating lots of fatty and rich foods will make your urine darker, since the body needs to use more bile to digest the fat contained in them.
I drink about that much when i'm not going out anywhere. However, I hate feeling any pressure whatsoever so i'll tend to avoid drinking while i'm out and about unless it's especially hot. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
