Hmm, I can't actually remember the first for most of my consoles (and most of the time I bought several games when I first got a console), but here's a few memorable ones:
SNES: Lagoon (along with SMW packed in). My parents actually got it for me along with the SNES as a christmas present. Not the greatest game in the world, but some of the music was nice. It was also ridiculously hard. I wish they had gotten me Zelda instead, although I can't remember if it was even out at the time. Saturn: Panzer Dragoon/Virtua Fighter/Daytona USA/Bug (I think)/one more I can't remember. I was pretty hyped at getting my Saturn right after it dropped to $199, and all of the aformetioned games were $20 or less, so I picked them all up along with the system. I was surprisingly hooked on Virtua Fighter, and both Panzer Dragoon and Daytona USA got a lot of playtime. Dreamcast: Sonic Adventure and Soul Calibur. Only console I bought at launch, and I got these two games and a VMU with it. Very good games, I usually don't spend that much when I get a system but it was amazing for the time. PS2: Zone of the Enders. I actually bought this game BEFORE I got a PS2, since it was $15 used and I was going to get a PS2 in the near future anyway (this was just before it dropped to $199). Loaned it to a friend who had a PS2 until I got mine. Decent game for the price. Xbox 360: Perfect Dark and Kameo. Actually, I don't even own an Xbox 360 yet, but I got these on a buy-2-get-1-free deal for fairly cheap and I borrowed an Xbox 360 to play them. Didn't get very far through either of them before I gave it back, but they're pretty fun so I'm looking forward to getting an Xbox 360 for myself in the near future. Jam it back in, in the dark.
