Hm, I only watched the Kadaji-Wheelchair Guy conversation, the former being voiced ok, the latter not quite the way I expected, a little too intimidated. The script seems to be good though. Not too faithful to the Japanese original but thereby invoking some sense of style.

Maybe some distributors considered it "just another anime" or direct-to-video crap.
But I'd list it as high as my favorite song of 2005 anyway. There are not that many covers, remixes or arrangements which so clearly surpass the quality of the initial version, especially if it's something like nine out of ten people's favorite boss music in a console RPG.This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Apologies if this has been asked/answered before, but did SE bother to include the Japanese voice acting in the US version of DoC along with the English dub?
