I'd just burn the games in ISO-Format (or MDF if you dislike the use of NoCD cracks) on data DVDs and mount them from there with Daemon Tools or whatever virtual drive you prefer. It's a neat, working solution which doesen't require much tinkering.
Edit: Ah my bad, thought this was about PC games. =/ Jam it back in, in the dark.
