Its about time kakashi got some action. I think he looked much better out of his uniform and into some battle damaged clothes.
I really hate this immortallity crap I just hope kakashi uses the second level sharingan to see what its capable of.

I thought those masks that came out of kakuzu's back were pretty crazy. At least we know more about what he is capable of now. He didn't do much in the asuma battle. But honestly, I think Kakashi will probably win this battle due to his sharingan. I also wouldn't also be surprised if naruto appears out of nowhere and attacks with the wind rasengan when kakuzu is about to "finish" kakashi with some super earth jutsu. But I am confused on something though. When Hidan attacked(what looks to be shikamaru, but is probably kakashi), was he and Kakuzu doing a combination attack??

I thought this was a pretty in-depth chapter. It's quite surprising that all of kakuzu's monsters just contain the hearts of previous ninja, and he can use their nature manipulations because of this. Now kakuzu reminds me of sasori with the whole human puppet thing. As we all know though, sasori's strength was also his weakness, and at the same, IMO, this will probably be the case with kakuzu. I think the team is going to have to do a little more than kill the four hearts inside the monsters in order to defeat kakuzu. As for hidan, I don't know, like deidara, I see him surviving. I just have a feeling that the whole chapter will turn out like the end of the resuce gaara arc. Even though that is a bold assumption, that seems to be the direction everything is going in, IMO

Also, any of you guys excited now that fillers are ending in the spring?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Well I just read off narutofan.com that it was stated from some pages of the shonen jump manga that Naruto: Hurricane Chornicles will be airing on Feb.15, 2007.

So this is it folks. What every fan of the naruto anime series has been waiting for. is finally coming one step closer ro reality.

I just hope they do an anime of the kakashi gaiden chapters. I speak for everyone when I say that we deserve that shit after having to deal with a zillion filler eps.

As for chapter 337, meh....., my opinions are the same as what everyone else has been saying in their tags: It was done too soon and too early, hehehe.

That's what I have been reading. I've read the forums there, and that's what many of the members have also been confirming from other sources. Also the game, based on the timeskip, is scheduled to be released on April 5th. It would seem pretty logical for the anime to be released two months prior to the game so a large fan base can be built (even though one already exists).

Well I just finished watching the 1st and second subbed ep of shippuden.

IMO, after looking at these eps, I can honestly say this is the main reason why there are so many heated naruto debates over the internet that deal with the manga storyline vs. anime storyline.

These eps kinda remind me of the home conversion of the original double dragon on the NES: Unneccessary stuff that doesn't need to be there, but it's there anyways just to make the game longer.

Just stick to the original damn game!

Don't get me wrong, for the most part, the eps did stick to the original storyline. But stuff such as

Konohamaru chasing that damn cat around konoha!

was not neccessary. THings such as this only drew out the episode and just made us have to wait even longer for the good stuff.

Also,

THat shippuden keyword shit along with that lame "konoha travel guide"

is just enough to make the most diehard fan go into a rage.

Since this is the case, then why the animators just didn't release kakashi gaiden this week instead is beyond me. Personally, I would've rather seen the fourth hokage kicking ass 10 mintues at a time as opposed to some of the lameness that I seen today.

The best things I would say, so far, about the anime are:

The team 7/sasuke scene which shows phenomenal animation

-The opening intro
-The ending intro.

Sasori and Deidara animated with voices.

BUt I HAVE FAITH, DAMMIT, That the show will turn out extremely well.

Oh, looks like Sasuke is betraying Orochimaru. I guess it had to happen sooner or later. But I'm guessing Kabuto will go and save Orochimaru. Either that or Kabuto helps Sasuke but I doubt they're going to kill off Orochimaru.

Am I the only one who is not liking Akatsuki's theme? Why did they have to use medieval style music? I think it should be a fast pace "we're coming to kick your ass" theme.

Your're not alone. I hate the akatsuki themse myself.

I don't know, except for the opening and ending of Shippuden, I don't think the soundtrack is as good as the tunes from the original naruto series. They've should just used the old ones. It would've been better, and I don't think most people would've cared.

This week's anime was better than last week's one hour special.

I'm pumped up about the manga more than anything. I can't wait to see what happens next week.

I don't think sasuke will kill off orochimaru next issue. Oro's in a weakened state, so I don't think Sasuke killing him off right now will ultimately prove that he can take on itachi. Sasuke will probably kill orochimaru in the long run, but it has to happen when he is in a healthy state so it can show how truly strong sasuke has become.

These are only my speculations of the manga and kishi will probably do something different .

getting around Deidara's C2 attack, I still think he is going to have a bit more than he can chew when deidara pulls out C3. Remember, sasuke got a wing blew off last week. My prediction is that Naruto will hear the noise and come to his aid with raseshuriken. He will blast Deidara into oblivion and this will bring back repressed memories that sasuke had of naruto outshining him in part 1(i.e. battle with gaara, using the rasengan in the roof battle, etc). And once again, sasuke will cry like a lil biatch and naruto will continue to chase after him again like a gay ass. He should just take jiraiya's advice and let sasuke get his ass pwned by itachi.
