Um..... I go to the gym just about every day or two days for ~1 hour or more. To start off, I do a 10-15 minute jog and then I move onto the other exercises. At this point, I just work on whatever muscle I haven't already worked on. Here is my weekly schedule, but in no particular order.
Day 1: Biceps, Abs Day 2: Chest, Triceps Day 3: Back, Shoulders, Abs Day 4: Legs, Abs Day 5: Day of Rest! (THANK GOD!) Day 6: Biceps, Shoulders,Abs Day 7: Chest, Triceps, Abs Haha, I tend to work my abs all the time, but only small exercises and nothing greatly intense. As for other exercises, I golf quite a bit, so while I'm out in the sun using some sort of muscles and sweating my ass off, I feel good after it. I haven't really been involved in any sports because I pretty much retired from hockey after god knows how long of playing, but I might decide to get involved in martial arts. We'll see. Oh, and I'm 6"1, 162 pounds. Yes, I'm very skinny, but I don't eat enough! I can't cook. =\ Jam it back in, in the dark. |
