That was the G4 trailer in the link. It's just a crappy quality since they used a camera.

I really like pretty much all of the voices. Story looks good, even if they did steal magicite from FFXI.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I don't see what's so bad about it. I'm downloading right now but I'll still buy it. I hope it actually works though.

For those of you using HDLoader, there's already been a patch thanks to some kid over at PS2HD.

Man this game is already awesome. I just played 2 hours without saving and got fucked up by the T-rex so I have to replay through the beginning, but I actually kind of want to.

The characters are only similar on the surface.

Vaan is an orphen from a desert like area, like Luke, but other than that they are compeltely different. Ashe is a princess, Leia is a princess, etc..

I'm pretty sure Matsuno said he got some of his stuff from Star Wars anyways, not like Star Wars is a particularly original set up in the first place. All fantasy epics have pretty much this same thing.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Too bad she uses daggers (starting weapon), otherwise you would have had a zing.

Theres a lot of sidequests. The bounty-hunting monsters are hard as hell, and the reward is barely anything, but it's still pretty fun when you try to take them down at a way lower level.

Also, for making gil, you can also set "Enemy HP = Critical -> Poach" as #1 and it's basically the same thing as steal. I use both personally, and I usually have more cash than I can spend, and am only troubled by licenses.

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

That sounds like a big trade-off for money.
Now that you mention it, yeah I think you don't. I only have one character set up to do poach, so it doesn't get off all the time since usually it dies pretty instantly once it gets into critical.

Um, no. The CG is widened, but not to full 16:9. There's still black bars on the sides, it's not really that noticiable though.

Actually, the areas are pretty much all different. The are varients of the desert and forest areas, which seems lazy to me, but thats not all there is. The winter area is there, and some volcano looking area for example.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I didn't know they called the Seeq's orcs, but whatever. It's not even bad, and I'm like 99% sure it anything in the US version regarding this was in the JAP version because the story would not work at all without that part of the plot.

It's about 3-4GB, I don't really remember, but its one of those. The packed one was only 2 so it's not really that big. Most of the gameplay time is from dungeons anyways, which don't really require much space. And I believe textures take less space than polygons. If you don't remember, they lowered the polygons a lot for this game and just really upped the textures.
