You know, there is nothing wrong with wanting to watch a foreign work in its original form. If I'm going to watch something foreign, it's subtitles for me.

If they did, I think the only way they could pull off "speaking in japanese/english" is putting a little indicator onscreen (like a blue dot or something) that the character is speaking in another language.
I bet that they're just going to pretend that it doesn't happen in the dub.
