I never used to swear. It just didn't really work on me...it worked on other people, but for me to say 'Fuck' only caused shock and/or laughter. But when I went away to college my roommate cussed all the time, so I got in the habit of saying 'fuck this' or 'what the fuck?' quite often.
So now it really depends on who I'm around and where I am. I mean, as soon as I'm at home around my old friends, I revert back to my non-cussing ways. Same deal around my parents, although since I'm an 'adult' my mother says fuck a who~ole lot more than she used to, and my dad always says fuc-freakin. He can't get used to cussing around me  .Jam it back in, in the dark. |
