On headphones or if I'm in direct line with speakers, I try to keep the sound fairly normal. After all, my life is my hearing (musician), and if I reduce it now I'll be in a who-ole heap of trouble when I get older.
But in the car I love to have music up quite loud, with the windows down. I believe that other people should hear whatever I'm listening to, because it's good. And it's much better than 99% of the crap that the general public has shoved down it's throat via TV/Radio every day. Might as well shove something good down it  .Jam it back in, in the dark. |
