I try to sleep on my back, because I don't want any unsightly vertical facial wrinkles when I get older (my dad has them on one side of his face in particular from laying on that side for 55 years)...but I inevitably wake up on my stomach.
I can't sleep on my side...for whatever reason. I usually end up with an arm asleep if I try to do that. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
