The only police who have ever given my family trouble that I can recall were the bastards who caught my mother speeding at 33mph in a 30mph limit. She is so damn careful but apparently in Wales they've become incredibly strict in regards to speed limits. She opted out of the fine to take a class in safe driving of course. I thought that 33mph as just on the limit that you could push the speed limit.
Apart from that, the rozzers have been quite genial to me. One even shared a cigarette with me after a particular incident and I was only 15 at the time (back in the day when you had to be 16 to buy cigs). Jam it back in, in the dark.
