I don't think I've ever complained in a resturant or a fast-food joint about the quality/quantity of my order. I remember once ordering a veggie burger from McDonalds and finding it tasted even crapper than their regular fare, but I just never ate there again. One thing I do find annoying is ordering any spirit in any bar only to find out that ice isn't optional. It doesn't help that temperatures have dipped below freezing recently, and if you accidentally swallow a piece it feels like you're taking paracetamol.
