Healthy things I do: reading, drawing, listening to soft music, watching a film.
Unhealthy things I do: drinking an awful lot, smoking an awful lot.
In support of the former, I find I'm more creative and open minded late at night, and as such I welcome a lack of sleep to a certain extent. However, this is just individual preference. Maybe the best thing would be a warm drink (that doesn't involve bourbon) and maybe some relaxation techniques.
