Am I the only one who thought these sketches were average at best? He's done way funnier stuff than this. I didn't think the sketches were thought out well enough and were somewhat predictable.
Like the one Akira just mentioned; no shit he tricked the woman - everyone knew he was going to do that when the sketch started. Because of that, it required a more powerful punchline or a twist, which it didn't have. Certainly Chappelle is good at selling a mediocre idea with his mannerisms, but that alone wasn't enough to make these truly stand out. There's nowhere I can't reach. |

So is there going to be a real, complete, season 4 (ie the real Season 3) this Fall? Or is this the end of it all.
