Even as an apologist for smokers, I must say yes. Drinkers too.
But I feel that the rate at which one smokes/drinks should be taken into account. A heavy drinker or smoker is at more risk than someone who has a cigarette or two at a social event. I have a question, how are smokers medically discerned from nonsmokers? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
