Are you still having virus/malware problems? Because this is precisely what happened to me when I got hit with a good virus. First thing it did was disable Windows Firewall.
I couldn't seem to fix it either, even when I thought I had cleaned my computer. Hence why I did a clean install of Windows, like I explained in the last thread you made  Jam it back in, in the dark. |
