Goldeneye, for 64. I am still extremely pissed about that, because one of the games I'd unlocked all cheats with the gameshark, and I've had a terrible history of those things *NEVER* working. I was surprised that it actually worked. Anyway, it was nice for just dorking around in single player, and great for multiplayer.
That's not too bad though, since I guess it's pretty easy to replace.
The worst is probably this: My friend gave me a NES with a few games. Had 2 controllers in perfect condition, a turbo pad (the ones with extra buttons to cheat in games where you have to tap them fast), a running pad, and an actual GRAY zapper, not the gay orange ones. My mother GAVE it to my uncle because she was getting me a 64 that Christmas, and apparantly people are only ever interested in one system at a time. My uncle never touched the thing, and it took me forever to get it back. Once I did, I was dumb enough to give it BACK to my original friend just because he wanted it back. I guess I didn't really feel ownership at the time since I didn't pay for it, he just gave it to me. Now I'm enough of a dbag to just give him the finger and keep it =/.
I ended up getting another one, with damaged controllers (ferret chewed them up, they still work though) for $20 along with almost 20 games, a few of them were actually very, very good. No zapper, but I had a guy who sold me that (orange one) and a duckhunt/super mario bros cart for $2. So extremely lucky there. I used to have that cart with world track meet though

Ive made tons of stupid, stupid, stupid decisions, and not just with games, and it would take forever to go through them all. Those are the major two though.
