I do that, when I sit in the seats that hold two people and are perpendicular to the length of the bus. If someone wants to sit down, I always get up, or at least sit on the outside seat.
I'm not being a jerk -- my knees literally can't fit inside a single seat.
Probably the only annoyance is my younger sister not washing the dishes after herself.
Also people who talk during lectures. It doesn't happen anymore (gotta love third year) but I remember it used to make my blood boil in first and second year.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
