Well, I'm hoping that with the girl in question, there is some sort of precedent set. Like he's spoken with her before so she's at least *aware* of his presence.

If the first contact I got with a person was through AIM, that would most likely be an instant block unless they had a good reason. Many times though, a lot of people say they got my info through facebook, which is perfectly logical I think.

Anyway, he was asking for how to get the info, and this is probably the easiest way. How you go from here, well, you've already heard the advice.
