I had never heard of Chrono Crusade but during my search for animé wallpapers I came across some Chrono Crusade ones. I liked the art so when someone said on a forum about how they now have the entire series I figured I'd go pick up the first two volumes. I evidently got hooked enough to buy the third volume within a week of that. The story was picking up from there and I wanted the rest but considering my local Virgin Megastore only had up to volume 5 I got the rest at HMV, so that's all 7 volumes in the space of under 2 weeks.
Definitely goes down as my favourite animated series, though watching the extras it does go heavily into a few Catholic doctrines, some of which I'm at difference with, but what an ending! Jam it back in, in the dark. |
