I bought it on release. It's pretty challenging and easy to die as RPGs go. You need to be good at drawing runes fast and managing your monsters well. The main challenge though comes from the fact the levels have time limits.
During the game you get to choose a good/evil path each of which has a different ending. After the game you can save onto a new file and your stats are kept. The enemies are also harder. (And yes it has a left/right handed toggle.) Jam it back in, in the dark. |

It has an interesting difficulty curve. Hard > Easy. Better after you get some nice monsters and raise them to a decent level.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
