You can get 100% even without being Sephiroth, Beating him is just a matter of "I beat sephiroth" I could be wrong though, since i did actually beat him and got 100% at the end.

Same here, sadly only Solops2 and black-cat games are the only ones that offering it, and those places usually need registration and shit (Solops2 suck balls) while Black-cat games, you cant actually register without getting an invite so....
