The disk you have is probably like the one my sister got with her toshiba... It makes you install all the crappy programs along with windows xp on a reformat. So what you need to do is either get a new windows xp disk and use that to refomat or just uninstall the programs after using the hp disk. If you buy/download a new windows xp disk just get the drivers off the hp website.
I did a similar thing for my sisters computer cept windows only costs me 10 dollars at my university  Jam it back in, in the dark. |
