I think that you encounter the unknown demon in the undersea palace, where you fight Forneus.
As for the items, isn't the first one the grail that you cang et on a quest in Leonid's castle? I don't know the rest, except for the sword in the stone, it could be the Ice blade that you get on the quest near the village with the snowmen, where you fight one of the first dragons. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
