I personally don't really like Gantz, since it's so goddamn slow. I'm not saying that the story's bad, it's just that you could tell the same story with fewer chapters imo. I do like the character art, but the alien/monster or watever they are are designed pretty boring. I've read the first 5 volumes, and they only got to the mission with the ugly bird thingies. Since the manga is too bloody expensive in France, I just gave up on it.
