My Bloodwing oneshots most enemies 2-3 levels below me. But that's because I put most of my points in Rogue. Having a nice Bloodwing damage increase mod helps too.
I actually ended up using a combat rifle much more often than a sniper rifle. Most amazing jew boots |

I've been trying to find a good sniper rifle for a while now. Everything I get has nice damage but no elemental effects =/ I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |

Yeah, basically we're complaining that the PC got the same crappy version that consoles did. And yet the release got delayed by more than a week while Gearbox worked on a patch.... for consoles.
