New spoiler method.

Spoilers are now placed inside a hidden <div> which users can reveal by clicking on a button. This solves the problem of images/emoticons not being hidden, as presented in this thread.

If for some reason the old spoiler method (text with the same color as background) is preferred, use [oldspoiler] instead.

setting titles:
You can set titles for your spoilers now, which will show up on your button text. Just use [ spoiler="title" ] format (remove spaces).

Spoiler (highlight to read):
This is the old spoiler method.

Done.

Having another button to hide the spoiler -- that can be done, I'll look into it next time.

That'll require an edit to the php source (I think) to remove all content enclosed by [spoiler] tags before adding it to the HTML as popup text; not quite in my control at this time.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Done. I've made it similar to quote boxes.

Did I make it just because it wasn't hiding smileys? No, I made it to hide images in general.

Do you have anything else you can't believe?

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

It's okay, people who abuse this feature repeatedly will just get a formal warning.

Not to mention that if you posted the same thing using the old spoiler method, it would've been worse. At least your retarded crap is now hidden from view.

If you'd notice, in IE the text stays inside the table. In Firefox it's broken.

So much for Firefox.

Edit: if you'd look in the testing forum, I just broke the tables by nesting about 40-50 quote boxes as well. It's not a problem exclusive to the new spoiler tags.

Spatula did in one of the gaming forums, and his post was deleted.

Trust me, we have way more experience in this.

I can't believe I probably have to remove this feature because Firefox is a shitty browser.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Implemented a slightly different spoiler method (you can re-hide spoilers now). No more specifying captions for buttons because apparently that was a bad, bad idea which *could* lead to very bad things happening.

Fixed the table breaking and the copy/paste bug at the same time, though I honestly have no idea how it did that.

I was speaking idiomatically.
