I can only really think of one moment where I just couldn't say anything, no matter how hard I tried.
The first time I heard my girlfriend tell me that she loved me, I really couldn't reply =/. I felt kind of bad, but it really took my breath away. After a bit of time though, I was able to mumble out that I loved her too very quitely. Other than that, the only other times I remember being breathless was in my dreams where I'm running away from something/someone trying to kill me and I can yell or call out for help  .Jam it back in, in the dark.  oh my gawddd |
