Half-assed Wii-mote, lackluster games, and a hugh price point = Doom.

If Nintendo announces a low price point for the Wii tomorrow (anything under $300 is low at this point), you can all start bowing down to your new gaming new leaders.

I know their strategy. The motion sensing stuff isn't really going to be a big focus of PS3, they just made it tacked on on purpose, so people would see it and say "that's nothing special" and then dismiss Wii as a gimmick because they wont bother to learn more about it. It's pretty genius

My hope is that people will see how craptacular the whole thing is and then say "wow, I wish this was better."

You're saying that ISN'T crappy? You saw the guy holding the controller, he looked like he was IN PAIN. Yeah, I would say Sony developing analog control and then force feedback for their controller after the N64 was released was really just a coincidence. Kinda like this whole "free movement" thing.
