Yeah, it's amazing that Jurassic Park still has better CGI than most movies these days.
Kong is way too long... Other than the first hour, it's not too bad. I agree with pretty much everything you said, Megalith. Jam it back in, in the dark.

Kong v. Rex was fucking awesome. Everything else was bland.
