Meh I doubt it will be a Rev launch title... It would be a nifty little surprise, but I still doubt it.

It will probably be the last great GC game, though. What a way to go, though.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Yeah, free advertising for their new system is a really poor business decision. Who put you in charge of marketing? I say go for it. Nobody said that this was the reason for the delay, and nobody said it was a delay to begin with. Who knows, it could be a really kick ass feature.

I can't help but wonder if it's gameplay related how you will be able to control the game with the wand. Perhaps you move around with the nunchuck analog stick, then you hold down A or B to lock on to an enemy and wave the wand to slice and dice. Then you use the smaller a and b buttons to choose items and such.

Regardless, I look forward to this.

I realize that this will push Revos when the time comes, but making it compatible with Gamecube seems almost like they don't expect us to buy a Revo.

I'm not upset by the way off release date (well ok, maybe a little) just pointing this out.
Ehh, I see your point, but some people may just simply not be able to get a Revo right away, whether its because of money or because they're too young to buy things on their own, so they're leaving the option open.

Another reason they probably kept it like that is for skeptics who aren't quite sure they want to invest in one quite yet.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

You don't NEED to fork out for the Revo to play the game, that's the point. It's just a bonus feature.

How ya doing, buddy?

Who cares!

While you're on the soapbox, ask Sony why the Emotion Engine didn't exactly live up to the hype they gave us.

If this turned out to be true, I would probably be the happiest person in all of Earth. So, it probably is not true.

But wow, imagine if they dropped THAT bomb on us right before E3? Good lord, that would be clever!

Eh... I'm 50/50 on it. I'm getting the game and the Wii regardless, so, for whatever system it's on, it will be mine on day one. It would be pretty sweet seeing Zelda as a launch title for the Wii...

I'm still on the fence on whether to get this for Wii or not, but it's definitely a neat idea. However, this gives me more incentive to spring for the Wii version than when it was just pressing B to swing the sword.

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

Have there been any recent videos since they mapped the swordplay to the Wiimote instead of the A button? I figured that would be atleast a bit more managable. Also, I think they altered the bow and arrow controls, but I forget how.

I think that's what it is now. Before I believe it was "tap A to select bow and arrow, pull back, tap A to release"

That footage looks great. I'd like to see some off-screen vids of them actually fighting though. The fighting will be what makes me wait for the GCN version or get it at launch for the Wii. I hope it's good. It sounds like it will work fairly well.

I can say from experience that while the controls may be "tacked on" as you say, that doesn't change the fact that it's an infinite times better this way. I'll never go back to tapping a button to swing Link's sword again after playing it this way. It's such a blast to swing the sword with your arm and feel that last hit connect with your foe. It takes the immersion and cranks it up ten-fold, which in return, makes it that much more fun.

God I love this game. I think the music is absolutely beautiful despite people ripping on it for being MIDI. The Faron Woods music is really awesome.

I WANT A GAMERIP PRONTO.

I might have gone about it backwards... I have the compass and the clawshot, but no boss key yet.

Is the boss key the one in that little secluded room in the east that you apparently need to drop down to? HOW DO I DO THAT?? I spent an HOUR trying to figure it out!

Wow, how about that beautiful piano song that plays during the events after you beat the 3rd temple? UGH, SO AMAZING.

Also, I vote for the Mailman as best video game character...... ever.

I Haven't even GOTTEN to the Cave of Ordeals yet. Is it story-related? I just reached Snowpeak, so I definitely have some more exploring to do... If it's not story-related, where can I find it?

SOLDIER - If you ask me, the Wii version is much more fun just because the controls are much more immersive. I can't really picture the GC version being anywhere near as fun to play. Doing all the attacks, aiming, and fishing is a much better experience and adds to the overall enjoyment factor of the game.

It's not a woman, and I think you were not thinking stupidly. I'm pretty sure Koji Kondo did TP's music as well as all the other ones. I know Koji is responsible for, at the very least, every Mario and Zelda game. I know Metroid is handled by Kenji Yamamoto, though.

Kishin said that Michiru Ooshima was INVOLVED with TP. I don't think that means she completely scored the whole thing. While the music is a bit different in places from prior Zeldas, it does have the definitive Koji Kondo touch throughout.

I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure I'm correct.
