Try uninstalling it, then going to Macromedia's site and reinstalling it, instead of just installing it on top of itself (if that's what you did). Uninstall is in the Control Panel, under Add/Remove Programs (in case you don't know).

It's not the registry.
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel Though if nothing else, you can check out Macromedia's support page. http://www.macromedia.com/go/flashplayer_support/ There's nowhere I can't reach. |
