Bootup problem...
Hello all!
I have an Asus MB, and just recently it has been giving me an error message when I boot up the computer. After it POSTs, it says, "WARNING: Your computer CHIP fan fail or speed to low." Is this just saying that the CPU fan has bit the dust (literally and figuratively), or is it a bigger problem with the mobo? Most amazing jew boots

So I opened the old girl up, and it looks like everything is spinning except the chipset? fan.
(see attachment for pic of fan that is not spinning) How would I go about replacing this fan? There's nowhere I can't reach.
