Well, first I'd have to point out Acid Mothers Temple and all of their associated projects. Some brilliant, psychedelic, and heavy as fuck stuff.
Besides them, the only two acts that immediately come to mind which aren't insanely experimental are the Boredoms, a noise-rock outfit, and Guitar Wolf, who I'd be pretty surprised if you hadn't at least heard of already if you're into Japanese rock music.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
