I don't think i ever really felt that way towards a videogame villian. Though oddly, Sandra the Jewel Theif from Legends of Mana just popped into my head but I'm sure i never really wanted to put her in her place.
Double Post: Oh I just thought of 1, though I can't remember his name. In Tales of Destiny one of your party members betrays you and you then have to fight him later in the game. I was angry that I spent time leveling him up only to lose him.....bastard. Jam it back in, in the dark.
