I hate to say it, but you are probably better off buying brand name goop online then looking to a B&M local store. Locals tend to (unfortunately) have higher prices and less selection.
I know I've used Newegg.com for buying Arctic Silver compound and cleaners and they worked phenominally well. I've installed about 3-4 times and have alot left.
BTW, between what you pay in gas and the (probable) higher price at the local store, it will be more expensive than ordering online.
