Not that the OP did a good job with this thread, but I like the Max Biggs version.

I tend to be pretty even. In a general sense, I have more intelligence than common sense, but what I am intelligent in, I apply very well. You almost need to consider experience into this equation however. I tend to be very intelligent and productive BUT ONLY with previous experience. For instance, in school if I ever saw a math problem demostrated, I could follow it perfectly. But if I was expected to apply a principle in a way I had never seen before, I would fail miserably, even though I had a good understanding of the principle.

So I tend to be intelligent, lacking common sense, and making up for it with experience.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
