But seriously, its been a long time coming. I think MS will be better off for this. Maybe Gates trying to dip his hands into so much is the reason why so much is delayed/weak/incomplete. If he's overseeing and approving everything (or even most of everything) as well as being CEO, he's doing waaaaay too much for a healthy company.
