I'm gonna agree with Garret on this one.

The 8600 is just not a great value for the money. Yes, it will play Source games, but that's because the engine is many years old.

If you are gonna get video card, the best money is on a ATI HD3850. They are sub $200, and they give you great performance for the money.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
