VGA male to RGB female Cable, 1 ft > VGA to RGB Cables > PC Cable and Adaptor > Cables > Accessories > TopMic.com - Shop Discount Sale Adesso Bytecc Cables Connectors HDMI Mini Keyboards IDE SATA Audio Video DVI USB

Buy the Wii Component cables, and this ^^^^^^
That should solve all your issues.

Typically, your display will sync and stretch the image to fit the screen. It might not keep the aspect ratio of the original source though. That is very display dependent. Either way though, the investment for the adapter is minimal, and the component cables are a great investment on the future use of your Wii.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

But what about the DVI-I (Dual Link) port? I'm fine with the VGA to component cable and can find it readily where I live, but would my screen work with a DVI-component converter, such as this?

Oh, and is my screen able to take anything (provided I have the right cables and converters), such as a DVD player and other gaming consoles?

Thanks, TheReverend!

THIRD EDIT: Come to think of it, would there be a quality difference if I were to connect it with VGA rather than DVI? Or is it too small to notice?
DVI is a digital signal, whereas component and VGA are analog. You could potentially convert from component to DVI, but it would be pointless as the best signal you can get from the Wii is analog. Get the component->VGA adapter and you're set!

There's nowhere I can't reach.
