Just thought that I'd chime in that iTunes is really quite a great program... if you are running OSX.
Let's face it though, QT and iTunes SUCK on Windows PC. They are great programs when in an efficient OS, but in Windows they bog down. I shouldn't be so hard on QT, but I run QT in MPC because the regular QT is just not good. The whole iTuneshelper and iPodService processes annoy the hell out us Windows users.
But that all said, on my MacBook Pro, I couldn't be happier with both QT and iTunes. Beautiful programs.
IMHO, running QT and iTunes on Windows would be like trying to run WindowsMediaPlayer in OSX :doh: !!
Jam it back in, in the dark.
