Actually it makes perfect sense. Suburban living fits with "I am an island" mentality. I drive home, remote open the garage, drive in, close the garage, do my thing, wake up, open garage, close garage remotely, drive to work, drive home, repeat ad nauseam.
I say hi. People sometimes reply.
