Staying up to late w/ no reason

EDIT: *with Do you ever find yourself staying up too late, when you really, REALLY, REALLY should be in bed? (like when you work in less then 5 hours?) I often find myself just wasting time on the internet here, or just browsing elsewhere for little reason, killing time when the crunch time is coming quickly. Like for instance, right now, I just can't make myself stop and go to sleep. It's like there is a itch to just communicate or something. Heck if I know. It might be a syndrome for all I know. Anyone else?
