You sure you can't access the save data from the SD card?

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I could ofcause import it if I had some caraazy desire for waiting another month to play.

This will be the only time I buy games in Denmark though.
Just like I don't own a single native bought Cube or DS game anymore.

This is why:
$355: Wii
$65: Component Cable
$50: Nunchuck unit
$100: Wii Play
$80: Red Steel
Zelda Twilight Princess = MIA?

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

It does better than you'd think, although I do agree with you about getting the "fun and simple" games. I just about threw a fit when I found out Wii Play wasn't coming stateside. I think they are holding it off 'til the new year so they have some games to release in winter/spring .

I was speaking idiomatically.

I ordered mine a day before the cutoff date, and mine are already shipped and scheduled to come in on thursday this week. Did you check your nintendo.com account to see if they have shipped? I never got a shipping confirmed email.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Component cables came in yesterday and there is lots of gorgeous Wii goodness to be had.

This is a side note to everyone, cause I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere yet, but Gamecube progressive scan games DO run in 480p on Wii just like they would on GC. I checked Resident Evil 4, Metroid Prime2, FF Crystal Chronicles, and a score of others. Damn these games look good in 480p. Gonna have to pull out some of those GC games I never finished (Skies of Arcadia, what?).

How ya doing, buddy?

Haven't tried it yet, but I can when I get home on Friday. My roomie will have Toejam and Earl by then, and we have component cables hooked to HDTV. Will let you know if it is truly progressive output.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

The thing is that on my old standard tv, this never happened. Everything was smooth and the outlines on everything didn't move and I was using composite back then. Is there a way to fix this problem b/c it's doing the same thing on my other consoles as well. Thanks!
It's called aliasing and no there ien't. Read up on it here.

http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tut...#anti-aliasing

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-aliasing

Basically your new HDTV supports resolutions of at least 1280x720. The Wii is outputing 848x480 (or so). This image when upscaled will show jagged edges prominently because the pixels are basically enlarged. So you will see stair stepped "lines" from the edges of polygons. On a regular TV (SDTV), the picture resolution is about 320x240. So fitting a 640x480 image in that resolution will look very better because the 320x240 will not show the pixels stairstepping because it physically can't.

It's kind of hard to explain, but I think you'll get it.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
