I drink about 4 or so. Especially if I run that day. Im not the kind to force water down my throat just to reach eight glasses or whatever the fuck.

Damn. Thats alot of water weight. I usually think of two or three pounds tops after a day of no water.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
