My only gripe is that they stuck with the default opening and a slightly changed ending animation. It would've been much more epic had they done away with the opening animation (credits over the episode itself) and presented an epilogue during the ending theme.

The way they used Continued Story as an insert song would have made an ED that wasn't ALI PROJECT more awkward, imo. (I agree though, that they should have gotten rid of the OP or used a special one like in the 1st season)
