I'll second the Arc The Lad piano album. It's much more complex than any of the Final Fantasy Piano Collections.
I would also recommend the Genso Suikoden Piano Collections and Wild Arms ~ feeling wind as they are both well done as well. However, not all of the songs are strictly piano. They usually have a 1-2 instruments as accompaniment. Even though, highly recommended. And thank you bishop743 for your suggestions; now I have to go find these albums! Most amazing jew boots

Oh damn! I forgot about the Saga Frontier II Piano Pieces. Most of the pieces are around 2 minutes but some of the songs are nice to listen to . . Especially the arranged songs at the end, which were arranged for orchestra I think.
And it's always an added plus when the CD comes with the sheet music to all of the songs. Some of the songs were arranged for two pianos though so I was kinda disappointed when I tried to learn them. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
