I think one of the better soundtracks to fall asleep to is the ICO OST. It's a really short soundtrack but pretty much all of the songs are very soft and ambient and should be able to get you to sleep.
Additional Spam: Oh, and I forgot to mention Wild Arms ~ feeling wind. It's a piano arrange album with a few instruments (mostly strings) thrown in. Very pleasant to listen to at night. Jam it back in, in the dark.
